The property includes courtyard gardens, waterfalls, and water features integrated into the landscape so that the healing power of water can be heard everywhere on the property. Perched cliffside 500 feet above sea level, the property provides nearly 360-degree views to Nevis Peak, the Caribbean Sea, and the hills of neighboring St. Kitts. All renters will have complete use of the whole property regardless of number of occupants.

Room Descriptions
Great House: Two bedrooms each with queen beds and bathrooms and swimming pool, flat-screened TVs and DVD players in each room.
Eden Cottage: One bedroom suite with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette and bath with private pool, directly adjacent to Great House, flat-screened TVs and DVD player.
Two Poolside Suites: Two bedrooms on middle level at pool deck with a third swimming pool. Each room has queen beds, screened porches, kitchenettes, flat-screened TVs and DVD players.
Living Room: Large living room/kitchen great room with flat-screened TV and DVD player, piano, desk, and large granite kitchen table that seats 8. Fabulous gourmet kitchen with Viking gas range, solar refrigerator, and full range of kitchen equipment. Outside are two screened porches and side porch for outdoor or additional dining at round table.

Location
House is located along the most desirable stretch of Nevis’ west coast facing across St. Kitts. There are numerous beaches in close proximity to the house, including Oualie Beach, Jones Bay, Cades Bay, and Pinneys Beach. Numerous restaurants along the coast are nearby including Coconut Grove, Yachtsmen Grill, Marshall’s Nevis, Gallipot, Miss Junes Cuisine, Oualie Beach Hotel, plus Mansa’s fresh produce. House is about a 5-minute drive to the airport, a 10-minute drive to Charlestown and Four Seasons Resort Nevis.
