Living Room: This expansive room combines living, dining and cooking in one huge room which has A/C or can be opened to the fully-screened veranda through multiple French doors that bring the outside in. Comfortable seating for watching TV or videos, music system, or just relaxing and reading. Large rectangular dining table seats 10.

Veranda: Spacious veranda with round dining table that seats 8; numerous pool loungers for relaxing, seating areas; outdoor grill and kitchen.

Kitchen: Completely modern kitchen with all GE Monogram appliances, two dishwashers, two ovens, pantry's, wine fridge, custom Scavollini cabinetry; separate outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, and cooking area on veranda.

Master Bedroom: Fabulous very private master suite in its own wing off the main living area with king bedroom with French doors leading to private outdoor sitting area; A/C, flat-screen TV; very large bathroom with walk-in shower with dual shower heads leading to outdoor shower; separate W.C. with bidet; double sinks.

Guest Rooms 2, 3, and 4: Three bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite baths with separate outside entrances; A/C , flat-screen TVs; all bedrooms have separate entrances onto the verandas.
