Called the Sea Gallery, this brand new villa opens onto spectacular views of the sea and St. Kitts and offers fabulous sunsets and unobstructed views of Mount Nevis--and complete privacy. Built by New Hampshire artist, Joseph Saginor, and his wife Nicole, this new villa is decorated with original paintings representing images of Nevis and the Caribbean. Soak in the terrace pool day or night and dine under the stars on the open veranda. House is decorated simply and carefully with the flair of the artistic owners, who enjoy their quiet surroundings, and believe you will as well.

Room Descriptions

Bedroom 1: Decorated with an abstract image of Nevis Peak, the main floor master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with queen-sized bed, ceiling fans, large closet, walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head and floor tiles of native lava stone, and doors opening to outdoor veranda with views of the volcano.

Bedroom 2: Muted paintings of Nevis grace this airy, spacious bedroom with queen-sized bed and connecting bathroom with walk-in shower (same shower head and tiling as master bathroom), large closet and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: Separate, private bedroom with queen bed and bath on lower level with private entrance and porch.

Great Room: Large living area includes living, dining, and kitchen area separated by large mahogany bar.

Dining Room: Dining area in great room features large hand-crafted table and chairs seating 8 under one of Saginor's large canvases, "The Soul of Nevis."  Living area provides comfortable seating for watching the sunset, TV, DVD. Hand forged sconces and lighting from Vermont.

Kitchen: Located within living area, the large open galley-style fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. A large mahogany bar with locally hand-crafted stools is a perfect gathering place.

Terraces: Wide wrap-around terrace faces the sea and wraps around the pool and continues around to face the mountain. Rocking chairs and a picnic table for outdoor sitting or dining; lounge chairs by the charming pool with angled infinity edge.

Outdoor shower; laundry room; high-speed cable and internet; local land-line phone in house and cell for use on island; bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames of London; welcome drinks and breakfast provided.

House is located near Cliffdwellers in walking distance to beaches at Cliffdwellers, Jones Bay, Tamarind Bay, and Cades Bay. Minutes to Miss June's Cuisine, Gallipot, Coconut Grove, Oualie Beach, Wendy's Deli, Mansa's (fresh produce, drinks, and BBQ) and the Seabridge boat to St. Kitts. 5 minute drive to airport or Four Seasons; 10 minutes to Charlestown.
