Master Bedroom: King bed suite with ensuite bath with indoor/outdoor shower; large French doors lead out to private bricked courtyard with chairs and table for morning coffee or a private space. Room has a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, laundry. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
Guest Bedrooms: Access the private one-bedroom guest cottage via a bridge across the lap pool. House has its own veranda, large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and small kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cupboards. Large mahogany French doors lead out onto front veranda. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
Living Room: Large open sitting area with flat-screened TV, bookcases, built-in indoor/outdoor sound system. Ceiling fans and powder room.
