Located on a very private and peaceful half acre, the cottage has recently been renovated and decorated tastefully. The master bedroom has a double bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom has been modernized and a brand-new kitchen has been added with dishwasher. From the new pool and deck, one can hear the ocean waves crashing on Windward Beach and enjoy stargazing at night.

Living Room: Very attractive with large comfortable sofa and two chairs, ceiling fan. Overlooks veranda and pool.

Dining: Table with four chairs inside, and table and seating for six outside

Verandah: Two sun loungers poolside and table and chairs for dining

Not recommended for small children because of high ledges.

Location

House is located on the quiet, private area not far from Golden Rock. It is in 10-minute driving distance from Windward Beach and the famous Nevis Race Tracks (both cars and horses). Restaurants at Golden Rock Hotel, Montpelier Plantation Inn, 1787, Old Manor Hotel are very close by as is the well-known Botanical Garden of Nevis. One of the best grocery stores on the island, Best Buy in Gingerland, is a 5-minute drive.
