Situated along the west coast of Nevis, on a stretch of immaculate Pinney’s Beach, phase II of the Nelson Spring community is now underway. Construction Information

Masonry: All concrete to achieve a minimum standard of 3,000 to 3,500 psi. Poured 12” concrete foundation. Floors to be 6” poured reinforced concrete with tile finish. Walls to be 8” block, reinforced, with plaster finish both inside and out.

Ceilings: Sheetrock with smooth painted finish, recessed lighting.

Roof: Poured reinforced concrete with tiled outdoor sundecks on upper units.

Doors and Windows: Hurricane-rated high impact sliding doors and windows. Entry doors, solid wood, pressure treated.

Utilities: 200-amp, individually-metered service. Pre-wired for cable television, telephone service and internet. Government water service, centralized sewer system.
