Amaranth (Greek) - A mythical flower that never fades
Entering the gates to Amaranth one’s senses are immediately engaged by the lush and abundant tropical garden. The eye is constantly delighted by an artful blend of form, color and texture. Nestled into this Garden of Eden with more than 80 varieties of trees and plants is a gracious West Indian home in which the rooms catch the breezes and an alfresco dining/living area forms a focal point for tropical living at its best. There is a feeling of total privacy, yet Golden Rock Inn is just a few minutes walk away. A spacious living room, separate dining room and kitchen, and two large bedrooms open onto an outdoor patio with views of the sea, Redonda and Montserrat. Stone steps lead to a secluded pool set amid tropical plants and protected by a giant rubber tree. A private nature walk circles the property.
