Bedroom 1: Main floor master bedroom with king-sized bed with flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, his and her closets, private front outdoor veranda, A/C.
Bedroom 2: Downstairs 2d master bedroom with king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, his and her closets, private front outdoor veranda, A/C.
Living Room: Large great room with flat-screen TV, DVD, and Ipod docking station. Large main sitting area with sofa with 12' wall opening to pool and views. Decorated in attractive seafoam greens and browns.
Kitchen: Located within living room area. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, gas grill outdoors.
Dining Room: Seating for 6 in great room.
Terraces: There is a large sundeck with bar, chairs, and lounge chairs; bedroom verandas on two levels; back veranda for dining and grilling. The calming trickle of a waterfall welcomes visitors to the main front door.
Amenities: Outdoor shower; laundry room; A/C in bedrooms; high-speed cable wireless Internet; local cell phone for use on island; bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames of London; welcome breakfast and drinks provided.

Holiday Season (Dec. 15-Jan. 3): $5,200 per week
Low Season (April 16-Dec. 14): $2,800 per week
