Lazy Turtle Villa

This newly refurbished villa is the perfect beach house-open, casual and just steps away from the beautiful white sands of Nisbet Beach. Spend the day lounging at the pool, watch the stars at night, or loll away the hours relaxing on the huge screened porch. Or, watch the boats cruise by from the outdoor waterfront gazebo. The house has a beachfront ring-side seat, with nothing in between but sea grapes and coconut trees. Just next door is the popular Nisbet Plantation Beach Club and it lively beach restaurants.

Room Descriptions:

Bedroom 1: Watch the waves rolling into the beach from a king-sized 4-poster bed in this bedroom at the far side of the villa. Bathroom with shower is connected en suite. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened veranda.

Bedroom 2: There are twin beds in this ample bedroom with private bath at the opposite end of the villa from the master bedroom.

Living Room: Cozy sitting area that opens on to a screened veranda through glass sliding doors. Good gathering spot to watch cable TV or a DVD or to use your laptop computer.

Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, range, refrigerator/freezer, and small eating table.

Veranda: Large screened veranda has several seating areas and three tables and many chairs for outdoor dining.

Amenities & Services:

Amenities: Washer and dryer; ceiling fans throughout; high-speed cable Internet; local telephone; bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames of London; and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.

Services: Twice weekly housekeeping service or daily if preferred; twice weekly pool and gardening service, assistance with car rental and reservations. Food provisioning available at an additional cost.

Child Policy: Not recommended for small children.

Location:

House is located in the popular Blue Crescent Estates, just north of Nisbet Plantaiton Beach Club. The beach, the hotel and its three restaurants and bars are only a short stroll away. The house is within 5 minutes of the airport, a convenience store and several restaurants. It is about a 10-minute drive to Four Seasons and about 15 minutes to Charlestown.

Prices:

High Season (Dec. 15-April 14): $2800 per week
Low Season (April 15-Dec. 14): $1700 per week

Note: Prices are subject to an additional 9% government accommodations tax.
