Seafields
This large family compound is the perfect choice for groups or extended families (up to 12) seeking a holiday outpost. Located on property with a 150-foot frontage on sandy beach at Jones Bay, Seafields faces St. Kitts for fabulous sunsets and daytime views year round. From its pool to its garden seating area to its two separate guest cottages, Seafields is a comfortable, cozy home away from home.

Room Descriptions:

Bedroom 1: Main floor ensuite master bedroom with queen bed and door out to pool area and pool veranda.

Bedroom 2: The second master bedroom with queen bed and doors to veranda.

Bedroom 3: This third bedroom has two twin beds (or can be converted to a king).

Den: Daybed for one person available in the den.

Living Room: Large great room with comfortable seating areas with TV, DVD, CD player, Internet connection, opening onto a large screened porch that leads to a lovely pool in the garden.

Kitchen: Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen.

Terraces: There is a large sundeck around the pool with lounge chairs and pool toys, all facing the sea, and a second seating/dining area in the garden with beautiful sea views.

Cottage One: West Indian-style cottage with screened porch, two double beds, bath, cable TV, phone. 500 sq. ft. in size.

Cottage Two: West Indian-style cottage with screened porch, queen bed and kitchenette, bath, cable TV, phone. 500 sq. ft. in size.

Amenities & Services:

Amenities: Laundry room; high-speed cable Internet, porta-crib, two high chairs, and beach and pool toys, ceiling fans throughout house.

Services: Housekeeping services five days per week; weekly pool and gardening service, assistance with car rental and reservations, provisioning.

Location:

House is located right on the beach at the well-known Jones Bay and near other beaches at Tamarind Bay, Cades Bay, and Oualie Bay. Minutes to Miss June's Cuisine, Gallipot, Sunset Beach Bar, Coconut Grove, Oualie Beach, Wendy's Deli, and Mansa's (fresh produce and BBQ). 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons; 10 minutes to Charlestown.

High Season (Jan. 4-April 14): $7500
Low Season (April 15-Dec. 14): $5500
