Room Descriptions:

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom with A/C. Room has total privacy away from the rest of the house guests, plus its own private entrance to the veranda and pool through French doors.

Bedroom 2: Located at opposite end of the Great Room, second bedroom with queen bed opens onto the front veranda/pool deck through French doors. A/C

Bedroom 3: Courtyard Suite with doors opening onto a courtyard and views of the neighboring valley. Located near Bedroom 2 with two twin beds. Large bathroom between bedroooms 2 and 3. A/C

Living Room/Dining: Large great room opens up with two huge sets of French doors onto the gallery and infinity pool. Relax and watch LCD-TV with cable and DVD, or surf the net on your own wireless laptop or use the house desktop. Bose music system. Separate, open dining area can seat 8.

Kitchen: Located within living room area, constructed with attractive local stone counter, and equipped to please any gourmet cook. Includes dishwasher, refrigerator, trash compactor, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, Cuisinart. Gas grill outdoors.

Dining Room: Dine under the stars on the veranda at the table that seats 6.

Terraces: Watch the dozens of monkeys scamper through the yard and swing through the lush trees that surround the house. There is a large sundeck with lounge chairs, comfy seating area, and seats for dining, plus large outdoor shower. At night enjoy viewing the stars from this unobstructed vantage point on the deck, and watch the boats sail by using the telescope. On sunny afternoons, retreat to the shady back courtyard to read or just relax.

Child Policy: Not recommended for small children because of high ledges.

House is located in the popular Jones Estate area in walking distance to beaches at Cliffdwellers, Jones Bay, Tamarind Bay, and Cades Bay. Minutes to Miss June's Cuisine, Gallipot, Sunset Beach Bar, Coconut Grove, Oualie Beach, Wendy's Deli, and Mansa's (fresh produce and BBQ). 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons; 10 minutes to Charlestown.

Note: House is available from March through November and during the Christmas 2008 holiday season.

Prices:

Holiday Season (Dec. 15-Jan. 3): $4,750 per week
High Season (Jan. 4-April 15): $3,750 per week
Low Season (April 16-Dec. 14): $3,000 per week

Note: Prices are subject to an additional 9 percent government accommodations tax.
