Nestled on nearly six beachfront acres, an intimate enclave is redefining luxury on Nevis. The Enclave
The Enclave at Tamarind Cove artfully interprets the classic plantation style in a private residential sanctuary. The lush, yet manicured property will be reminiscent of a traditional island estate with meandering lawns and pathways.
Each home will enjoy unobstructed water views and convenient beach access. Four and five bedroom homes are available, ranging between 5,000 and 7,900 square feet of interior (air-conditioned) and exterior (covered) space.
Each estate home is custom-designed in the traditional island-plantation style, featuring great rooms with cathedral ceilings, stone and wood exterior facades and wood-shingled roofs. At Tamarind Cove, no convenience has been overlooked. Residents will enjoy a wealth of luxury services and amenities within a private and intimate setting. These include a staffed beach clubhouse with adjacent upland beach, a full-time site caretaker, a reception house with library lounge and concierge, a fitness center and a tennis court.
The reception house will house a resident caretaker, who will assist with any on-island needs and the coordination of activities or services. It will feature a library lounge with complementary books, DVD’s, magazines and newspapers.
The fitness center, also within the reception house, will feature state-of-the-art cardio and weight-training equipment, as well as changing rooms, towel service and stocked water bottles. Behind the reception house will be a full-sized tennis court with an adjacent terrace for observers.
The private beach clubhouse, designed in an old-English style, will have a full-time attendant, changing rooms, towel service, a stocked bar and a catering kitchen with light fare. Verandah and club room seating are perfect for sunset cocktails and daytime relaxation, while the courtyard will feature areas for beachside BBQs.
Tamarind Cove’s aqua waters and gentle waves make for ideal swimming and snorkeling. Private staff will service the upland beach area, and complimentary recreational equipment will be easily accessible.
