This charming West Indian-style shingled house is the perfect escape from the busy world beyond Nevis—tropical flowers and birds, cool breezes, and long verandas to while away the days. And a fun twist is the outdoor rain head shower surrounded by blooming vines. Fairwinds provides all modern amenities, but with a simplified style of clean and classic—nothing to clutter up the home or the amazing views. Just enough to wake up and enjoy all the hills of Nevis have to offer—peace, quiet and beautiful shaded roads and paths. Expansive gardens created by award-winning UK designer Julie Toll.

Living Room:
Large main sitting area with sofas and four sets of French doors opening to the wrap-around veranda. Ceiling fans throughout. .
Kitchen:
Located within great room area, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker.
Dining:
Seating for 6 in great room or for 4 on veranda.
Bedrooms:
Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed and wonderful ensuite bathrooms. Ceiling fans. Downstairs (pool level) is a bedroom with bunkbeds and ensuite bath and shower.
Veranda:
Upstairs veranda has seating and dining for four; seating areas and loungers.
Pool:
In-ground spacious pool surrounded by sundeck area just outside the front of the house.
Amenities:
Owners treat their guests with breakfast the first morning at Hermitage—just sign for the meal. Snacks and drinks are also provided at the house. WIFI, laundry facilities. Whole house UV water purification system; stereo receiver with Bluetooth to connect with devices. Indoor/outdoor speakers.
Services:
Provisioning available for groceries and fine wines; concierge services; rental car and arrival reservations; weekly housekeeping. Chef services can be arranged. As part of the neighborhood, guests are welcome to use the Hermitage tennis courts, and enjoy the gracious inn. Hermitage serves three meals daily, including the famous West Indian buffet on Wednesday nights and Pizza Night on Fridays. Other special events happen throughout the year.
Location
House is located in the popular Hermitage area, a short stroll to the Hermitage Plantation Inn. The house is a short drive from Golden Rock Hotel, Montpelier Hotel, Passions restaurant, and Best Buy grocery store. Beaches at Windward are about a 10-minute drive. Charlestown and the Four Seasons Resort golf course is about a 15-minute drive.
