Living Room
The sitting room and dining room open out onto the pool and terrace and are furnished with a large dining set, comfortable sofas, and a central chandelier. The shabby-chic décor gives it a unique and whimsical feel. (18’ x 20’ underroof; 16’ x 16’ outdoor tiled deck). Off the main sitting area is an interior room (10’ x 12’) with comfy sofa bed and wall mounted TV.
Kitchen
The spacious (13’ x 13’) well-equipped kitchen has wooden wall units and cupboards on three sides; fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas top burners, dishwasher, microwave and double sink; louvered windows for breezes and a large chandelier. Off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry and cook’s washroom plus a small freezer/icemaker and refrigerator.
Dining
Set right by the pool, the dining table serves as a gathering point in the living area.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom (14’ x 28’) opens out to the terrace with two sets of wood mahogany louvred doors. It is furnished with a canopied bed, with views over the pool while maintaining privacy, plus a view of St Kitts and the ocean. There is an extra sink and sitting area. Ensuite bath for main bedroom with a semi-outdoor shower off a palm tree, and a walk-in dressing room. The side porch offers a private sitting area and an antique tub. A guest room (12’ x 20’) opens onto terrace on two sides with mahogany wooden, louvred doors. It also has an ensuite bathroom with an antique sink cabinet. The double barn-like door next to the shower can be opened for an outdoor view. A cozy bunk room opens on to the terrace with the same beautiful doors but along with side doors available for privacy for the bunk beds.

The indoor-outdoor living area serves as the veranda space, poolside.
Construction
Block and masonry with exterior covered with Acrorete, which requires no painting; ceilings are pickled also with no maintenance, floors are Saltillo and wood tile; tile roof is fire resistant and maintenance free (imported from Belgium).
Pool
The pool spills over a six-foot-wide waterfall dropping into the stone-walled garden below. Planters hug the pool which is located off the living area.
Cottage
Guest cottage is a self-contained one-bedroom West Indian-style home. It has a large verandah with a fully-equipped kitchenette with a partial ocean view. Sitting room has a dazzling view of the mountain. Included is a bedroom and bathroom, a small indoor and large outdoor shower, and a tiny office.
Gardener’s House
Next to next to the main gate entrance is a cottage where the gardener resides. Building not included in the sale but can stay there if purchaser decides to employ the gardener. Built as a chattel house for the gardener who also provides security and handyman service.
Details
A huge array of flowers, shrubs and trees surround the house; a jungle trail was created with original rainforest plants.
