Living Room:
Light and airy space with fifteen feet (15’) ceilings, with ceiling fan and automated drapes. The living room seats five (5), with the sofa doing double duty as a queen bed. Spectacular ocean view.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with tons of storage. Full-size French door refrigerator, dishwasher, 30” range, pantry, microwave, and laundry closet. Eat-in island with 4 bar stools.
Dining:
There are two main options for dining. Guests can eat at the kitchen island or the main dining table, which is located on the veranda. For a cozy, intimate dining experience, a bistro set is on the master bedroom balcony.
Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with ensuites. There is a master with a king-size bed, amazing ocean views, and the most relaxing freestanding bathtub. There’s a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed with equally amazing views. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and AC.
Veranda:
The veranda may be the best room in the house. A large L-shaped sectional and two (2) hammock chairs provide ample seating and lounging. A large dining table also seats eight (8), perfect for family dinners or the largest office desk ever. The view will never disappoint.
Pool:
None.
Amenities:
WIFI and flat-screen Smart TV, main-floor laundry, automatic propane back-up generator. Welcome breakfast food and drinks provided. Bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames.
Services:
Provisioning available for groceries and fine wines; concierge services; rental car and arrival reservations; weekly housekeeping; night-time security. Chef services can be arranged.

Location
House is located on a high hillside in Springhill Estate above Red Hawk Ridge, and overlooks the full west coastline of Nevis—truly a spectacular view. Road is a bit rough, but the end result is worth it.
