This charming beach house, not far from the quiet cove called Tamarind Bay, is the perfect house for a family vacation with plenty of room for all. Two ensuite main bedrooms are complemented by a kids' room with two sets of bunks beds and separate bath. A large/dining/kitchen space, but also dining on the front and back veranda. Nice views of the St. Kitts across the Narrows. The best part is the large pool area surrounded by sundecks, and an open separate lot where the kids can burn off steam.

Living Room:
Comfortable seating for evenings watching a film or reading a good book in open great room with dining for 8 and well-equipped kitchen.
Kitchen:
Upgraded with a new fridge and icemaker, the kitchen will satisfy even the most ambitious cook with plenty of tools, new cookware, and a variety of appliances.
Dining:
Alfresco dining on the screened veranda, or dining inside the great room.
Bedrooms:
Two main bedrooms area located at the front of the house with sea-facing windows, ensuite bathrooms with tubs and showers with AC and ceiling fans. The back bedroom, also with AC and fan, has two sets of bunk beds with double beds on the bottom levels and twins on the tops.
Verandas:
Large, screened veranda has several seating areas and with 6-seat dining table, chairs, gas grill.
Pool:
Pool located in front of the house offering great sea views and an ample sundeck and pool loungers.
Amenities:
New washer and dryer in separate laundry area; ceiling fans and A/C throughout the house; WIFI and Smart TV; beverage and welcome breakfast provided for guests. Gas grill, games, books to read.
Services:
Weekly services for housekeeping, pool and gardening; concierge assistance with car rental and reservations. Provisioning service for food or fine wines is available.
Child Policy:
Children of all ages are welcome. Pack-and-play beds are available.
Location:
House is located off Spring Hill Road in Jones Estate. The house is about a 10-minute drive to the Nevis International Airport, and close to many restaurants, the water taxi pier and car ferry to St. Kitts It is about a 10-minute drive to Four Seasons Resort Nevis with its Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, tennis, spa and pickleball, and about 15 minutes to Charlestown for grocery shopping.
