Beautiful gardens surround this traditional West Indian-style home remodeled with stunning pool and sundeck area in the quiet Zetlands neighborhood. With two ensuite bedrooms and a large living room, the house is comfortable for a couple or two or a small family. Living is easy on an expansive veranda that overlooks the beautiful gardens and sea beyond. It has a large dining area as well as seating area on the veranda.

Off kitchen is living room with TV seating area, built-in bookcases. Large doors lead onto a wide front veranda and second set of doors lead to the back yard and patio seating area. Opening create a good cross breeze.

Dining:
Dining alfresco on long table on veranda.
Bedrooms:
Large main room with king bed and ensuite bathroom; ceiling fan. Spacious ensuite bedroom located at opposite end of the house from the master bedroom with twin beds, ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom.
Veranda:
Open verandas on either side of inside living area, wrapping around ¾ of the house with areas for sitting, dining, and grilling.
Pool:
A new addition, the pool is located in its own structure connected to the main veranda and surrounded by sundecks with sea views
Amenities:
Laundry in main bathroom; WIFI and TV; bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames of London; welcome breakfast and drinks provided.
Services:
Weekly housekeeping service, weekly pool and gardening service, assistance with car rental and reservations, provisioning available.
Child Policy:
Children ages 12 and up are welcome.
Location:
House is in the popular Zetlands/Hermitage area, in close proximity to Hermitage Plantation Inn with its restaurant. Short drive to restaurants at Montpelier Plantation Inn and Golden Rock Hotel. About 12-minute drive to Windward Beach and beaches at Nisbet and Herberts. Best Buy grocery store is a 5-minute drive.
