Sandwiched between two amazing beaches along Pinney’s facing St. Kitts, this charming cottage is located on the rocks and is a beach-lovers dream house. Recently refurbished, the romantic one-bedroom house is a rare find on Nevis where true beachfront homes are few. Between the beach at Yachtsman’s Grill and Montpelier Planation’s beach, the private gated beachfront acre could not be better, nor could the views, and the house is comfortable, cozy, and breezy.

Large open sitting area with high-speed Internet, French doors leading out to front porch that is all screened. Trundle daybed in living room. Dine outside or inside at two tables, each seating four. Relax on rope hammock on the porch.
Bedrooms:
A four-poster king bed the bedroom with a large closet, cubbies for clothing, and a new bathroom with walk-in shower.
Kitchen:
A U-shaped kitchen is located behind the living area with fridge, gas range, white Quartz counters, refrigerator-freezer Well-stocked for beachside cooking.

House is located on the expansive Pinney’s Beach, perfect for long walks, just south of The Hamilton condo development. Walk to Yachtsman Grill restaurant in two minutes. All beaches on Nevis are public so guests may use any beach. Dinner reservations are required for beach BBQ Monday nights at neighboring Montpelier Beach. Minutes to restaurants at The Gin Trap, Oualie Beach and Chrishi Beach; Coconut Grove, Indian Summer, and Mansa’s (fresh produce and BBQ); roadside vegetable stand nearby. 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons; 10 minutes to Charlestown. Watersports center at nearby Oualie Beach. Water taxi pier from St. Kitts about 5-minute drive.
