Living Room:
Upstairs living area: Spacious and gracious living area that includes kitchen and dining areas, two separate, very large seating areas in main living room. Comfortable furnishings and spaces surrounded by many French doors that allow gentle breezes to flow through the house. There is a large flat-screened Direct TV with DVD; multiple ceiling fans and A/C. The French doors lead outside to a wrap-around veranda and pool area.
Downstairs living area: Large seating area on lower level adjacent to downstairs ensuite bedroom, perfect as a media room with Direct TV and DVD. Powder room is adjacent to living area leading out to a large stone outdoor shower.
Kitchen:
Huge kitchen with separate island; Cherry custom cabinetry; Thermador gas professional cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, KitchenAid double oven and refrigerator, icemaker and microwave. Adjacent is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
Dining:
Dining table that seats eight inside the huge living area, plus additional seating on veranda.
Bedrooms:
Main Bedroom Suite: Large bedroom located on main floor with beautiful mahogany king four-poster bed, opening through French doors out to verandas and pool. Large walk-in closet with bath with soaking tub and separate shower, A/C and ceiling fans, Direct TV and DVD, safe.
Two Guest Bedrooms: Located on the main level, one guest room has queen bed; two double (full) beds in another, share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. Both have A/C and ceiling fans.
2d Main Bedroom Suite: Located on the seaside of the main floor, this second suite has French doors leading to the outside veranda with king sleigh-style bed and ensuite bath with shower, Direct TV and DVD.
3d Main Bedroom Suite: Located on the lower level, this suite has king bed, ensuite bath and is adjacent to a downstairs living/media room.
Verandas:
Long and wide wrap-around veranda with multiple seating areas and outdoor kitchen with fridge and gas grill. Multiple ceiling fans.
Pool:
Huge 15’ x 27’ pool with infinity edge overlooking the golf course fairway with loungers.
Cottage:
Second two-story cottage building offers first floor open living room and kitchen, and upstairs two bedrooms with a queen and two twins. There is a powder room downstairs and a full bath with shower up; ceiling fans and A/C; Direct TV and DVD in living room.

WIFI; laundry room; bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames of London; welcome breakfast and drinks provided; Sealy posturepedic pillow-top mattresses; full electronics, including Direct TV; pool speakers; stainless steel gourmet BBQ, outdoor kitchen.

House is about a 10-minute drive to the airport, a 6-minute drive to Charlestown. The Four Seasons Resort Nevis is about 5 minutes away and offers golf at the award-winning Robert Trent Jones golf course; clay and all-weather tennis and new pickleball courts, full award-winning day spa, and four restaurants.
