This colorful, comfy house with fabulous views straight out to St. Kitts sits on the best part of Pinney's Beach, just north of Cotton Ground. Located in the Nelson's Spring Beach Resort, the two-bedroom ensuite home offers the most modern amenities to make a perfect vacation. A large, little-used pool sits right next to the white sands as well as the Barefoot Beach Bar with fabulous sushi, fish dishes, and casual fare.

Additional Information

Living Room:
Two sofas make up the seating area of the open-plan first floor with flat-screen TV, opening out to a screened dining porch. The room has AC, sliding doors to the porch, and a powder bathroom.
Kitchen:
Gourmet kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and custom cabinetry. Ample plates, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, silverware, and cooking utensils.
Dining:
Alfresco dining on the veranda with views of the pool and sea.
Bedrooms:
Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms--one with a queen bed and one with a king. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.
Pool:
Large round pool with lounge chairs are near the beach, available as a shared facility for the development. It is adjacent to the beach bar.
Laundry:
On the ground level, off the carport is a utility room with washer/dryer and hot water heater.
Amenities:
The house is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer. Flat-screen TVs are in both bedrooms and the living room. Games and books are available. Bath amenities and welcome breakfast foods are provided.
Services:
Grocery and fine wine provisioning available. Housekeeping services are once weekly. Concierge services and rental car reservations. Recommendations for hiking, deep-sea fishing, catamaran tours, etc. In-home chef services are available for an additional cost.
Child Policy:
Children over 13 are permitted.
Location:
Located along the north end of Pinney's Beach. Across the street is Indian Summer restaurant and Barefood Beach Bar is at the complex. A short walk will take you to Yachtsman's Grill, and several other restaurants are a short drive, including LeEscale, Oualie Beach, Luna, and Chrishi Beach. Nearby attractions include the Four Seasons Resort Nevis (5-minute drive) for golf, tennis, and spa; the Cat Ghaut Pitch and Putt golf course – casual /honor system; watersports center at Oualie Bay, and Charlestown for grocery shopping (15-minute drive). The Nevis International Airport is a 10-minute drive and the minutes to the water taxi pier to St. Kitts is 10 minutes away.
