Wrapped around the side of a hill and perched over the sea, this stunning villa brings new meaning to dramatic luxury. The incredible sun-and-moon deck provides endless day-time rays, and dark, unpolluted skies for stargazing at night. From any of the many verandas, you can watch the pelicans dive, the turtles swim below, and the sun retire for the evening. Beautifully decorated and offering all the most modern conveniences, Seascape is a dream holiday location. Across the Narrows with totally unobstructed views is St. Kitts, and to the south you can see yachts anchored in Tamarind Bay below and off Four Seasons.

Additional Information

Living Room:
Large great room with flat-screen TV, DVD, and iPod docking station. Large main sitting area with sofas and four sets of French doors opening to the wrap-around verandas. Ceiling fans throughout. Powder room and entertainment closet (books, games) off great room.
Kitchen:
Located within great room area, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, microwave, range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, gas grill outdoors.
Dining:
Seating for 4 in great room, or for 8 on veranda.
Bedrooms:
Upstairs main bedroom with king-sized or twin beds with ensuite bathroom and huge glass-enclosed shower that opens to the views and breezes. Large walk-in closet, two sets of French doors to two verandas, A/C, ceilng fan. Downstairs (pool level) are three similar guest bedrooms, all with king-sized beds that can be converted to twins, with ensuite bathroom and glass-enclosed shower, walk-in closet, French doors to veranda, A/C, ceiling fans. Each bedroom is separate and lockable and opens individually to the upper or lower veranda.
Veranda:
Two levels of verandas surround the house providing many private seating areas with sofas and chairs throughout. Large terrace at pool level with lounge chairs for sunning and sofas for shaded seating, plus table for outdoor dining on lower level. There is small poolside kitchen including a refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
Pool:
Spacious pool surrounded by sundeck area just outside the front of the house.
Amenities:
WIFI, large laundry room on pool level, powder room on main floor; automatic propane back-up generator. Welcome breakfast food and drinks provided. Great selection of books and games at house. Bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames. Cliffdwellers fitness center with machines, free weights, and some Pilates equipment. On-site restaurant Luna for dinners, and V Gallery for artwork and gifts. Little Free Library located at Cliffdwellers.
Services:
Provisioning available for groceries and fine wines; concierge services; rental car and arrival reservations; weekly housekeeping; night-time security. Chef services can be arranged.
Child Policy:
Not recommended for young children because of high ledges. Two sets of stairs required to reach main living area.
Location:
House is located in the popular Cliffdwellers area in walking distance to beaches at Cliffdwellers, Jones Bay, Tamarind Bay, Cades Bay, and Oualie Bay. Restaurants include Luna at SEASIDE, Gin Trap, Yachtsman’s Grill, Oualie Beach Hotel, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer and Dew Drop Inn. 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 3 minutes to water taxi pier, 10 minutes to Charlestown.
