Living Room:
Large main room with two sets of louvered French doors, leading out to the veranda. Comfy seating area with long sofa, two chairs, cabinet with flat screen TV and plenty of games and puzzles.
Kitchen:
Quartz countertops include one in sea glass as a bar with stools. Complete new kitchen with stainless wall oven, glass cooktop, microwave, stainless dishwasher, and refrigerator. Coffee maker, Nespresso machine, KitchenAid mini-chopper, and fully equipped kitchen.
Dining:
Dining on veranda for 8 on glass-topped table by Janus et Cie, or stools for sitting at the bar inside. Small round table in courtyard outside.
Bedrooms:
From the living room, French doors open into an ensuite bedroom with four-poster queen bed with comfortable memory foam mattress. Bookcases and desk for computer and Internet in bedroom. Three closets, including laundry closet with stackable W/D. Newly remodeled bathroom with new vessel sink and walk-in shower. A/C and ceiling fan. Additional outdoor shower near entrance to the house.
Veranda:
Living room opens onto very large veranda from two sets of French doors with dining table; loveseat for evening cocktails, and a gas grill. Veranda is fully screened, plus there are roll-down heavier screens to block rain and wind if necessary. Ceiling fan.
Pool:
None, but can walk to beaches.

Child Policy:
High ledge at courtyard is not safe for children under 12. There is a single trundle bed under the main bed that could sleep a third person in living room.

House is located in the popular Cliffdwellers area in walking distance to beaches at Cliffdwellers, Jones Bay, Tamarind Bay, Cades Bay, and Oualie Bay. Restaurants include Luna at SEASIDE, Gin Trap, Yachtsman’s Grill, Oualie Beach Hotel, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer and Dew Drop Inn. 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 3 minutes to water taxi pier, 10 minutes to Charlestown.
