The very first Pinney’s Beach Villa--Odyssey--the closest home to the beach at Four Seasons Resort Nevis, is now available for purchase. Renovated in 2019, the owners converted the interior courtyard into a fabulous 300-square-foot indoor dining room, enclosing the staircase and expanding the foyer. Following this addition, extensive improvements to the outdoor living spaces included an outdoor kitchen, bar and expanded lounging areas around the pool along with starfruit and lemon trees. This is the only single-owned home within the community--the remainder are owned in fractions. It is truly a mini resort within the resort!

WHY WE LOVE THIS HOUSE:
It’s the closest villa to the resort and beach in all of the Four Seasons Resort Nevis.
LIVING AREA:
It is the only villa built with 10-foot-tall glass windows and doors allowing natural light and creating exceptional vistas of Nevis’ lush tropical landscape. Blackout roller shades were added for comfort and entertainment.
KITCHEN:
Gourmet-style elements with the addition of a gas cooktop is sure to delight chefs. Open floorplan kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. The outdoor kitchen is wrapped in hand-cut Nevis stone and includes a gas grill, ice maker, refrigeration and outdoor griddle. The outdoor cabinetry provides ample storage for all things grill and entertaining related. The outdoor bar area seats twelve in the shade.
DINING:
2019 remodel added over 300 square feet of interior dining space with seating for eight with additional dining space under cover outside adjacent to the pool area.
BEDROOMS:
Four ensuite bedrooms are all privately set away from the living and entertainment areas. There are three primary king bedrooms in the main house and cottage, while the fourth bedroom has two queen beds. All guests are sure to enjoy personal space to relax and enjoy the exquisite bathrooms. The cottage is an additional luxury suite with indoor and outdoor showers, soaking tub, and wet bar.
VERANDAS:
Upper and lower verandas off the primary suites in the main house offer guests a chance to stretch and relax in a shaded space.
CONSTRUCTION:
Reinforced concrete poured in form, completed in 2014. Interior renovations completed in 2019, and exterior patio and landscape completed in 2021.
GARDEN:
Set on more than a half-acre of land, the property has a larger swimming pool, the addition of a bocce court, along with a private back gate enabling direct access to the resort. The expansive yard provides a spectacular view of Nevis Peak from the living room and pool area. A stunning addition is a large stone sculpture by Nevis artist Marvin Chapman.
POOL:
A generously sized 43-foot-long pool serves as the centerpiece for this incredible outdoor dining and recreation area.
