Just a short buggy ride to the resort, the villa Paradise is just that—the perfect enclave to enjoy gorgeous sea views, lush gardens, and the comfort of a one-story home large enough for extended family or guests. Recently outfitted with new contemporary great room furnishings, the house couples modern design with traditional white and various hues of blue to create a clean, yet cozy environment.

Living Room
Large open great room with French doors leading out to long veranda overlooking pool, golf course and the sea. A winding staircase leads up to a loft space perfect as a library/office or place to get a bird’s eye view.

Dining table in great room, with larger table on veranda for alfresco evenings.
Bedrooms
Four ensuite bedrooms are all located on one floor. The main bedroom was extended to provide a huge wardrobe area. Large ensuite bathroom. A second main bedroom offers a lovely outside porch overlooking the pool. There are two other ensuite bedrooms, all opening onto the wide veranda.
Verandas
Long veranda stretches across the entire width of the house, providing several sitting areas and a spacious dining.
Construction
Block and masonry, completed in 1997. Renovations completed in 2014 and 2022.

Details
Home is located in the desirable Mahogany Hill Estates at Four Seasons Resort Estates, between the 11th and 13th fairways of the Robert Trent Jones II golf course. An additional half acre of land is available across the private neighborhood road from the house with its own garage and permission to build a guest house. A “Lanai” situated in the front garden could easily be converted into a studio or one-bedroom suite. Villa is air-conditioned throughout. The Resort Initiation fee is waived for this property.
