Located at the top of Sunset Hill Estates, Arabesque is a charming three-bedroom villa large enough to host family and friends, plus the extra large property could be ripe for expansion with a guest cottage. The wonderful neighborhood is a short buggy ride to the hotel, but high enough in the hills to offer stunning views of the sea and St. Kitts. Located in the living area, there is a large inside dining table, as well as an outside dining area.
Bedrooms:
The main bedroom (14’ x 17’) has a large entrance area with an office area and a huge bathroom with twin rainhead showers. A second main bedroom (17’ x 18’) at the opposite end of the house with ensuite bath with tub. A third ensuite bedroom (16’ x 16’) has ensuite bath that also has a hall entrance.
Veranda:
Long veranda stretches across the entire width of the house, providing several sitting areas and spacious dining.

Built in 2004 by Four Seasons Resort Estates. Block and masonry.
