FARNIENTE

Round Hill Estate

This traditional home, located high above Mount Nevis Hotel, is a modern-day version of the Nevis’ classic Talbot House, which won the AIA Award in 1982, designed by the Houston firm, Taft Architects. The design was also influenced by the historic Evelyn House behind Best Buy in Charlestown. The pod-shaped home encompasses all modern amenities, including a gourmet kitchen and plenty of cross-ventilation. The property affords great sea views and close proximity to the hotel, fine dining, and the popular Cat Ghaut Golf Course. The perfect stop for a holiday home with convenient amenities.
