The very first Pinney’s Beach Villa--Odyssey--the closest home to the beach at Four Seasons Resort Nevis, is now available for purchase. Renovated in 2019, the owners converted the interior courtyard into a fabulous 300-square-foot indoor dining room, enclosing the staircase and expanding the foyer.
