A wonderful house, beautifully positioned at the end of the road, is surrounded by gorgeous gardens and rocky outcroppings laden with bromeliads and orchids. The perfect Nevis house, including a great room and bedrooms at each end, opens onto a huge veranda with sea views. As its name implies, the yard is dotted with numerous royal palms that started with a few that self seeded and continued to spread, creating amazing tropical surroundings. Great breezes sweep down from Nevis Peak to keep the house cool day and night.
