One of the most unique properties on Nevis, Watch Hill—as its name implies—overlooks the hills, valleys, and sea below. Why We Love This House
It is just magical.
Living Room
Main house is the soul of the property with a wrap-around veranda and open living space inside, which includes a glassed-in room has built-in yacht-type seating for watching TV; built-in bookcases—sort of a library/TV space. Upstairs is a big bunk room.
Kitchen

Dining
Dining is available in the main house or more likely somewhere on the wrap-around veranda of the house.
Bedrooms
Three separate sleeping areas in the house include the bunk room upstairs in the main house, a separate main bedroom in its own cottage and a third separate building, which is a studio with queen bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette.

Details
A wide variety of woods used in the construction of the house, which was designed and built by the owner. Floors are a mixture of light and dark hardwoods, and cabinetry is mahogany, and much of the structure is built of cedar. Three outbuildings for storage, laundry, and gardening supplies. Great area for gardening. Beautiful gardens, stone walls, and secret pathways surround all of the buildings, with easy access through at gate into the Golden Rock Hotel.
