VILLA 2006

Completed in 2016 along with Villa 2005, Villas 2005 & 2006 were furnished with a slightly different outdoor furniture package and are still just a short walk to the beach. Unlike the other Villas built within the original Villas at Pinney's Beach, Villa 2006 is built on a ½ acre plot of land, includes a guest cottage and a larger swimming pool.

The expansive nature of the yard and the improved position of the guest cottage ensures a spectacular view of Nevis Peak from the living room.

Pinney's Beach Villas feature 8' window and doors in the living spaces. These expansive windows bring the outside in and allow visitors to capture the beauty of the lush Nevisian landscape. The living area opens onto the patio and pool area, along with over 150 sf of outdoor covered dining.

Bedrooms are separated from the gathering spaces of the living area for added privacy and comfort. Villa 2006 shares the same layout in the main house as the other three-bedroom villas that have two primary suites and one bedroom with two Queen beds. The Guest Cottage adds a fourth bedroom and is also designed as a primary suite.

Ten owners have shares in the villa and enjoy five weeks annual usage.
