Completed in 2018, Villa 2008 shares the same floor plan as the other three-bedroom villas found at the Villas at Pinney's Beach and is the youngest of the original Villas at Pinney's Beach.

Pinney's Beach Villas feature 8' window and doors in the living spaces. These expansive windows bring the outside in and allow visitors to capture the beauty of the lush Nevisian landscape. The living area opens onto the patio and pool area, along with over 150 sf of outdoor covered dining.

Bedrooms are separated from the gathering spaces of the living area for added privacy and comfort. Villa 2006 shares the same layout in the main house as the other three-bedroom villas that have two primary suites and one bedroom with two Queen beds. The Guest Cottage adds a fourth bedroom and is also designed as a primary suite.

Ten owners have shares in the villa and enjoy five weeks annual usage.
